Don't listen to those who say that you won't keep the weight off, I'm proof that you can. I have been maintaining for a year and a half now.
If I were to give anyone tips for embarking on the SMLDiet, I would say do not give up. Keep going no matter how hard it is. The results are so worth it. Comparing my before and after pictures has really helped me so I would certainly recommend SMLDiet slimmers do that to help keep them motivated and strong.
