It's a 4 page work sheet that you can print and complete at home. It's great to use for setting yourself goals, reflecting on what worked for you and learning from what didn't work for you.
How do i use the 4 week goal planner?
It's pretty straight forward. You use it to get yourself 1 goal for the week ahead. It can be anything from finishing a project to helping you stick on plan with SMLDiet for that week. It's a way of helping you get yourself organised and learning from your behaviours.
